Registered Dietitians can give you fast, fully-customized advice to help you in your quest to keep your family healthy

The 400 Moms book is a fantastic resource for Moms who want to know how best to feed their kids and create an Action Plan for their family.   Once you read the 400 Moms book you can learn even more about health and nutrition for your children by clicking on the Links Page and/or talking to a Registered Dietitian in your area.

The Registered Dietitian you choose to work with can help you by giving you even more tools to ease your family into changes.   Registered Dietitians can also help your family by creating customized nutrition plans for your children or other family members who have chronic diseases, allergies or other health issues.   Registered Dietitians can work with your Doctor on what’s known as Medical Nutrition Therapy for a wide variety of health issues, including diabetes, food intolerances, Celiac Disease, heart conditions, cancer, autism, obesity, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, geriatrics, pre-pregnancy and post-pregnancy nutrition.

Registered Dietitians are Members of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, which is the world’s largest organization of food and nutrition professionals.   The Academy is committed to improving the nation’s health and advancing the profession of dietetics through research, education and advocacy.

There are approximately 54,000 Registered Dietitians in the USA.   Most hospitals have Registered Dietitians on-staff and you can request a consultation with one through your doctor – or, depending on your health insurance coverage, you may be able to go directly to the Registered Dietitian of your choice.

You can give classes or workshops in your community and use the 400 Moms book as a base for your clients – it creates a preset lesson plan and study guide.   If you are in private practice, a 90 minute class can generate new clients for your practice and positions you as a contributor in your local community.   If you work for a school district or hospital, these classes would be a terrific program to offer on a monthly basis.   If you’d like to hold classes at the school your children go to, you might talk to your local hospital or parent organization about sponsoring your classes, which could allow you to offer them at no cost to Moms, creating a win-win for everyone.  Helping other Moms raise healthier children is very rewarding!   Thank you for sharing your skills.

We make the 400 Moms books available to Registered Dietitians at wholesale prices to encourage you to offer classes or workshops to as many Moms as possible, helping them improve their family’s health.   Minimum order of 20 copies.

If you would like to hold classes or workshops in your town, please email Jill at with any questions or to discuss how to place an order.
